Eligible and interested students are requested to submit the following documents to the office by Friday, June 20, 2025.

01 Pilot Program Application Form
02 Recommendation Letter from Advisor
03 Invitation Letter or Relevant Proof
04 Visit Plan (English preferred but not mandatory)
05 Commitment Letter
06 Academic Transcripts (include class ranking)
07 Language Proficiency Certificates (if any)
